Director of Afriqya Airways Misrata Zone confirms that Libyan passengers stranded abroad returned as scheduled.

Misrata Zone, Mohamed Al Sebti confirmed that Misrata Airport
received in the past days and this dawn Libyan passengers stranded
abroad and were returned as scheduled in collaboration with Libyan
airlines.
In statement to Lana he said Afriqya Airways prepared buses to
transport the passengers from Misrata Airport to Tripoli, and added
that collaboration is continuing with the Libyan airlines to bring
back passengers with previous booking with Afriqya Airways.
He thanked Libyan pilots and engineers who transferred Afriqiya
airways planes from Amitiqa to Tripoli International Airport. he
confirmed that Libyan engineers began immediately repairing the
damaged planes to return to service.
Al Sebti said Afriqiya Airways with its various departments is
making concerted efforts to speed up return into services of damaged
planes, and that they are in continuous contact with Ministry of
Transport to clear any obstacles.
