NOC Chairman discusses joint cooperation with Egyptian Minister of Petroleum.

Tripoli, 29 November 2017 (Lana) National Oil Corporation Chairman, Mustafa Sanaala (NOC) discussed with the Egyptian Minister of Petroleum joint cooperation prospects in oil fields. The meeting also discussed technical needs of the Libyan oil sector, in which Egyptian companies contributed such as rehabilitation and maintenance of infrastructure, oil networks, and new tanks besides training and capacity building fields. They agreed to convene the first meeting of the joint technical committee in January. The Egyptian Minster underlined the strategic dimension of the two countries relations, and readiness of the Egyptian petroleum sector to contribute to the rehabilitation of Libya's oil and gas installations.
