Al Serraj: We Made no Requests for Intervention or Works in Libyan Territorial Waters.

Tripoli, 7 August 2017(Lana) The President of the Presidency Council of the Government of National Accord Fayez Al Serraj said there were no hidden agreement between Libya and Italy that undermine sovereignty of Libyan territorial waters, and that Libya only sought Italian Logistical and training assistance for Coast Guard forces. 'What Libya requested from Italy was the very requests made by the Navy and the Coast Guard forces in previous meetings, which logistical and training assistance for the Coast Guard but there was no hidden agenda, Al Serraj said at a reception meeting for Navy officials at the GNA headquarters.
