Algeria and Russia United in Need to Resolve Libyan Crisis Through Dialogue and National Reconciliation.

Algiers, 19 April 2017(Lana) Algeria and Russia announced here on Tuesday that their positions vis avis the crises in the region particularly in Syria, Libya, Mali and the Sahel region were considerably identical that solutions should be brought about via dialogue and national reconciliation, rejecting foreign intervention, according to a statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. According to the Algerian news agency the statement said the Russian delegation applauded the efforts made by Algeria regarding the situation in Libya. Meanwhile, the two delegations have noted the 'risks of the terrorist threat on regional and international levels, including the media threat, cyber crimes and the relationship between terrorism and cross-border organized crime. Both sides expressed satisfaction for the bilateral coordination in the combat of terrorism and extremism particularly in the UN and the 'Comprehensive Forum for Combating Terrorism.' =Lana=
