Al Saraj: Wish Rally Would Help Establish Awareness and Constructive Culture.

Tripoli, 25 December 2016(Lana) The Head of the Presidential Council of the Government of National Accord Fayez Al Saraj said he hoped the National Creativity Rally would establish awareness and a constructive culture that would enhance the social fiber in Libya. Al Saraj was speaking at the launching of the National Creativity Rally here on Saturday. The rally is being organized by the General Board of Culture under the theme 'Culture Binds us'. He said he was delighted to meet Libyan cultural elite, stressing that culture was a spring of awareness which promotes development. He expressed his gratitude and that of the members of the Presidency Council for the invitation extended to them to attend and to take part in the rally. =Lana=
