Libya takes part in extraordinary session of the Arab League.

Cairo, 21.12..2016(Lana) Libya took part in the extraordinary
session of the Arab League at Arab Foreign Ministers level in Cairo
chaired by Tunisia.
The session held at the request of Kuwait to discuss developments
in Syria especially in Aleppo, was attended by the delegated GNA
Foreign Minister, Mohamed Saila .
The Arab Foreign ministers meeting discussed developments in
Syria, and serious repercussions of the armed conflict in Aleppo and
its backlash on humanitarian situation on civilians in the city.
Arab League Council held an extraordinary meeting at the level
of permanent representatives last Thursday headed by Tunisia to
discuss the tragic situation in Aleppo.
GNA delegated Foreign minister, Mohamed Saila offered condolences
to Egypt, Jordan, Iraq and Yemen in the wake of the terrorist attacks
against these sisterly countries.
He said Libya felt the brunt of daesh terrorism and paid a heavy
price in this war including in the Libya cities of Derna, Benghazi,
Serte Sabratha and Benghazi in which hundreds of martyrs and
thousands wounded.
He reaffirmed Libya's collaboration and support to all efforts
made by the international community to fight all forms of terrorism.
