Tunis, 16.10.2016(Lana) Development of Libyan Health System conference convened in Tunis to determine and develop the health field on the long term. This was in line with the agreement held with the EU to revive its integrated Health System halted 2014 to promote reform and development efforts by providing international consultancy and expertise. GNA Minister of Health, Omar Al Bashir and representatives of WHO besides experts and officials at Ministry of Health and EU representatives and international cooperation and German International Development. The participants discussed ways to respond to increasing escalated humanitarian needs in Libya besides and shortcomings in hospitals and health utilities especially in Benghazi and draw up a mechanism to implement rapid response mechanism in Libya. =Lana=
