Cairo, 14.10.2016 - Lana - The Arab League general secretary "Ahmad Abul-Ghate" said , that the mission of the Arab league's envoy to Libya , doesn't contradict with the UN envoy's mission to Libya 'Martin Kobler' , but operating in parallel , and in coordination with him.
