SOS messages and help them out of Serte after being strangled by the
State Organization.
Residents who managed to get out of Serte said life is tragic on the
city and that there hundreds of families stranded in Serte against
the backdrop of fuel shortages, State Organization prevention of
families from getting out of the city especially after reports of
victory scored by the FS forces.
