UN Envoy to Libya Put off Visit to Libyan Capital.

Tripoli, 24 March 2106(Lana) The UN Special Envoy to Libya Martin Kobler said he was forced to put off a trip he planned to the Libyan capital. 'I would have wanted to pave the way for the Presidential Council which was produced by the political agreement in December, to enter into the capital, He tweeted. Ludrian: Hundreds Waiting in Libya to Cross to Europe.

Paris, 24 March 2106(Lana) French Defence Minister Jean Yves Ledrian said Thursday that some 800000 migrants were in Libya waiting to cross to Europe. NSG issues statement on cash shortages.

Tripoli, 23.03.2016(Lana) The National Salvation Government has said that it ordered the central bank of Libya (CBoL) which oversees implementation of Monterey policies to withdraw the fifty and twenty dinar notes from circulation and replace them with the ten and five dinar notes.
