Tripoli, November 9, 2020 (Lana) - Acting Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Libya, Stephanie Williams, anticipated the hoped-for results of the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum, by motivating the participants in the dialogue to reach solutions to end the Libyan crisis. Reasons Behind Floods in Al Baidha.

Tripoli, 9 November 2020(Lana) A local sources in the eastern Libyan city of Al Baidha said the recent floods in the city were a commonplace in the rainy seasons. The source told Lana one of the reasons for the floods is blockage of sewer holes in the streets due to rubbish which floated on the streets and could not be removed by the utility workers. Tunis, November 9, 2020 (lANA) - Acting Head of the United Nations Mission in Libya, Stephanie Williams, announced that the sessions and discussions of the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum, which will start on Monday, will be aired in public. UNSMIL Welcomes Aviation Authority Decision to Resume Flights to the South.

Tripoli, 9 November 2020(Lana) The UN Support Mission to Libya has welcomed decision by the Civil Aviation Authority to resume flights to the southern region. In a statement published on its SMS page on Sunday, UNSMIL said the decision was 'the result the confidence that has been built by the ceasefire agreement of October 23, and the follow up Ghadamis meeting.
