Ghiryan, 15.05.2016(Lana) Mayor of Ghiryan has discussed with directors of commercial banks in the city, the issue of acute cash shortages at the banks barring the citizens from obtaining their savings. Sirte, 15 May 2016(Lana) The International Committee of the Red Cross ICRC, in collaboration with the Libyan Red Crescent Society Bani Waleed branch, on Saturday distributed relief aid to displaced families from Sirte and the surrounding areas. Geneva, 15 may 2016(Lana) The International Migration Organisation has said that the number of displaced people in Libya has reached 417123, as a result of three waves of displacement since 2011, the worse was in mid 2014. In a report published on Saturday, the organisation said there were 234699 foreigners among the displaced who faced discrimination and exploitation.
