Tripoli, 08.06.2016(Lana) Kikla and Wirshafana agreed Tuesday to exchange detainees, after they solved points of disagreement. Head of Wirshafana High Council, Al-Mabrouk Abuamaid said in a press statement that the exchange of detains included 34 detainees, 29 of whom are from Wirshafana and 5 detainees from Kikla. Tripoli, 06.06.20216(Lana) The Board of Stability Programme for Libya decided to launch a swift assessment programme in Benghazi, Kikla and Ubari, following the signing of an agreement by the Netherlands and UNDP that provides two million Euros for the Stability for Libya Programme. Stability Programme for Libya is aimed at introducing apparent, tangible and swift improvements for the communities at local level. Media sources from Serte reported that Fortified Structure forces took control Sunday of the battalion headquarters following violent clashes with daesh terrorist organization in which light and heavy weapons were used and 17 members of Daesh were killed.
