Paris, 20.07.2016(Lana) Central Graduate Studies Library opened at Tripoli University Wednesday in ceremony attended by President of the University as well as head of faculties and department. The Library would help graduates in their research. Tripoli, 19 July 2016(Lana) Libya remains the wild card in terms of additional short term oil supply of oil, an expert said.
