Tripoli, 24 February 2019 (Lana) Dr Mohamed Ben Khayal carried out a successful major operation on a 60 year old patient from Benghazi, from whom he removed a large pulmonary cyst. The cyst was removed from the low left lop of the patients lung. The surgeon said the patient will be monitored consciously due to the critical nature of the operation. The President of the Presidency Council of the Government of National Accord is taking part in the meeting, held under the theme 'Investment in Stability.'
