Commission: Thousands of Libyans Across the Country Live in Insecure Conditions.

Tripoli, 9 August 2020(Lana) UN High Commissioner for Refugees said an estimated 1.3 million people were in need of humanitarian assistance in Libya, and thousands were living in insecure conditions. The number of internally displaced people has exceeded 217000, while 278559 have returned to their homes, Libya is also a host to 43113 refugees and registered asylum seekers, the UNHCR said on its SMS page.
