Al Sukheirat, 23 March 2015(Lana) Parties to the Libyan conflict concluded a third day of the UN-sponsored talks here on Sunday. The UN Special Envoy Bernardino Leon met separately with each side, to discuss the two documents on the agenda of the meeting which deal with security arrangements and the formation of a national unity government.
