Tripoli, 16.05.2015 - (Lana) - The municipal guard service in Abu-Saleem today Saturday morning , had destroyed large amounts of expired food-stuffs. A source in the service , said that these quantities were seized from shops , within the inspection campaigns carried by the service for more than two weeks , and the daily work of the municipal guards in following the shops , in order to protect the citizen and general health. Rome, 16.05.2015 - Lana -Italian security sources said , that the Italian costal guards were able to rescue 2600 people in the Mediterranean sea , in the last two days. The sources added , that the rescue mission came on the background of illegal immigrant who were trying to sail towards Europe , as more than 600 immigrants were brought to Catania port in Sicily , while rescue teams have lifted more than 2000 others from damaged boats off the Libyan coast.
