Nato Foreign Ministers to Meet in Natalia to Discuss Libya.

Natalia, Turkey, 13 May 2105(Lana) A 2 day meeting was expected to be convened in the Turkish Mediterranean city of Natalia on Wednesday for Nato foreign ministers to discuss Libya, Syria and Iraq as well as the crisis in Ukraine. The total state spending in the last three years after the February uprising was LD 158 billion, of which 100 billion salaries, subsidy and development running funds, the Office said in its annual report issued recently. The total amount spent on salaries was LD 65.945 billion, while subsidy was LD 33.897 billion, the running costs LD 30.674 billion, development LD 22.720 billion and sovereign depth LD 4.899 billion. Tripoli, 12.05.2015(Lana) Tuesday witnessed exchange of detainees between the cities of Zawarah and Zintan, after the efforts of the joint security room and the Shoura and Municipal Councils and elders of the western region in cooperation with the Libyan Red Crescent. The spokesman of the Zawarah security room said that 9 detainees from Zawarah were exchanged with 6 from Zintan, who are all in good health and there are no more detainees from both cities.
