Spain Welcomes Libyan Parties Initialing of Draft 4.

Madrid, 13 July 2015(Lana) The Spanish Government has welcomed the initialing of the Draft 4 of the Libyan political agreement under the auspices of the United Nations. A statement by the Spanish Foreign Ministry on Sunday said 'the agreement constituted a milestone on the path to consultation and dialogue to reach an agreement between Libyan parties to restore stability in Libya.
