Tripoli, 9 July 2015(Lana) The Head of the National Salvation Governemnt Khalifa Al Ghuweil said rebuilding state institutions was not attainable without a devoted strong military with no tribal or factional links. FAO Considers Regional Project to Alleviate Effects of Drought in Sahel Countries.

Nouakchott, 9 July 2015(Lana) The UN Food and Agriculture Organisation FAO is planning to set up a regional project in collaboration with members of the Inter-state Committee to Combat Drought in the Sahel States CILLS, to be financed by the International Environment Fund. Zakat (Alms) fund offers food supplies to 5000 families.

The fund explained that these families were targeted by the charitable programme after communicating 37 Fund's offices in various Libyan cities.
