Misrata : 24. 10. 2015 - Lana - Bakeries Sub-Syndicate of Misrata has issued a statement explaining reasons behind flour crisis around the country. The statement clarified that since the GNC adopted the state budget for 2015 , which provided in one of its articles to replace subsidy of food supplies with cash money, thereof, subsidy was stopped regarding all goods including flour.
