Tripoli, 25.10.2015(Lana) Oil installation guards, central sector, dismissed its affiliation to the General Command of the Libyan army, saying it is technically affiliated to the Ministry of defense and administratively to the Oil National Corporation. World Health Organization annual report for this year about road safety globally, revealed that traffic accidents claim more than 1,200,000 lives annually and that 90% of such deaths are recorded in developing countries although the later count for less than 54% of vehicle numbers globally.
