Algiers, 10.11.2015(Lana) Algerian foreign ministry denied Monday that three of its nationals were kidnapped in Libya, asserting that the three were detained on public law issues. Statement by the Algerian foreign ministry said it took necessary measures after the announcement on the disappearance of the three Algerian nationals in Tripoli. The plane was an air-refulling tanker and would be used by the sairforce in relief operations and humanitarian transport according to air force spokesman Col Mustafa Sharkasi.
