EU Urges House of Representatives to Endorse Consensus Governemnt.

Brussels, 15 February 2106(Lana) European Leaders have urged the House of Representatives to grant confidence to the national consensus governemnt formed on Sunday evening. The EU Special Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini said upon arrival at the meeting of the EU 28 Foreign Ministers in Brussels 'we hope that Libya will be able to have a governemnt that's capable of functioning properly very soon.'
