Libyan National dialogue preparatory committee organizes seminars and lectures in several regions

HNEC Says 97% of Polling Stations Were Open to Voters

\nTripoli, 20 February 2014(LANA) Officials at the HNEC main pool have said that the ratio for the polling stations that were open for registered voters to cast their ballots has increased to 97% of the total number, the ratio stood at 92.45 at 9.00 on Thursday.\n In a statement, a copy of which was received by the Libyan news agency, the Commission pool said the increase was attributed to the close monitor of the electoral process by the Commission officials who were at hand to solve any problems which were mainly related to communications.\n The pool was working with branches to open...
