Justice Minister meets with the British Ambassador to Libya

Tripoli, June 12, 2024 (LANA) - The Minister of Justice of the National Unity Government, Halima Ibrahim, met today, Wednesday, with the British ambassador accredited to Libya to discuss judicial cooperation and ways to enhance it.
The meeting also discussed the Ministry's efforts to develop reform and rehabilitation institutions and the possibility of benefiting from the British experience in this field. The meeting also touched on discussing the road map towards simultaneous parliamentary and presidential elections.
The Minister affirmed the determination of the National Unity Government to hold the electoral process as soon as possible.
