Cairo, February 26, 2024 (LANA) - The Permanent Representative of Libya to the League of Arab States, Ambassador Abdel-Muttalib Thabet, received the Permanent Representative of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria, Ambassador Abdelaziz bin Ali Al-Sharif, at the headquarters of the Libyan Delegation in Cairo.

The two sides reviewed the bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries, the historical ties that bring together the State of Libya and the Republic of Algeria, and the importance of enhancing cooperation and joint work for the benefit of the two friendly peoples, within the framework of joint Arab action under the umbrella of the League of Arab States.
