The Prime Minister's decision, in his capacity as Minister of Foreign Affairs, stipulated "terminating the secondment of the Libyan Ambassador to Belgium, Amal Al-Jarari, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and referring the procedures for relieving her to the Presidential Council."
