Tripoli, January 31, 2023 (LANA) - The High Council of State (HCS) has approved the proposed mechanism for selecting some of the occupants of sovereign positions.
This came during its 84th session, which was held, Tuesday, under the chairmanship of Khaled Al-Mashri at the council's headquarters in the capital, Tripoli.
