Al-Menfi receives the Italian PM.

Tripoli 29 January 2023 (Lana) The President of the Presidential Council, Mohamed Al-Menfi, received yesterday, the Italian Prime Minister, Georgia Meloni, and the accompanying delegation, including the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation ,Antonio Tajani, and the Minister of Interior ,Matteo Bayteretedosi.
According to the media communication office of the Council, the meeting reviewed the bilateral relations between the two countries, and discussed the mechanisms of continuing Libya's stability by completing the implementation of roadmap entitlements in coordination with UNSMIL, to reach the elections as soon as possible.
The ways of joint cooperation to combat illegal immigration and activate the friendship agreement between the two countries have been discussed.
