Emir of Qatar calls for political process in Libya to be completed, and obstructionists to be held accountable.

New York, 21 September 2022 (Lana) The Emir of Qatar Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has underscored need to take immediate international action to complete the political process, agree on the constitutional basis for elections, and unify state institutions in Libya.
The Emir said in remarks to the United Nations General Assembly on Tuesday, carried by news agencies, "everyone has become aware that the state in Libya cannot be restored without the unification of military forces, rehabilitation of armed factions in one national army and the rejection of those who refuse this solution and hold them accountable."
