Algerian foreign ministry: Misahle to take part in Vienna conference on Libya.

Algiers, 15.05.2016(Lana) Algerian Foreign Ministry has announced
that the Algerian Minister of Maghreb, African Union and Arab League
Affairs, Abdulqader Misahel is to take part Monday in the ministerial
meeting on Libya to be held in Vienna to discuss efforts to bring
peace to this country.
Algerian foreign ministry statement said the second ministerial
meeting on Libya comes after the first meeting that was held December
2015 in Rome aimed at strengthening efforts to restore stability and
cement international support to the political track for peace and
security and stability in Libya.
The Algerian statement said ever since the flare up of the Libyan
crisis, Algeria has been strongly supporting the political track
adopted by the UN.
Within this context, Algeria hosted at the request of the
international organization and Libyan parties several direct meetings
between Libyan political parties and activists to narrow view points
among Libyan actors and encourage conclusion of an agreement through
an inclusive dialogue and national reconciliation.
Misahel paid a visit on April 20, 2016 to Tripoli where he held
talks with President and members of the Presidency Council. he
reiterated at this occasion Algeria's full support to the efforts of
the presidency council for the restoration of peace and security in
Libya.
