Sawihli discusses with Libya wise men national reconciliation file.

Tripoli, 03.05.2016(Lana) President of the High Council of State
(HCS), Abdulrahman Alsawihli met Tuesday with several members of
Libya wise men council.
The meeting focused on national reconciliation and mechanisms to
activate transitional justice law to initiate practical steps for the
return of the displaced within and outside Libya.
