Benotti stated that presence on Libyan soil is not subject to
discussion by ministers of foreign affairs and defense meeting in
Strasbourg.
In a press statement, she said; She believes the talks would be
on how to ensure generating international support to the Government
of National Accord in Libya which is still making its first steps,
and still needed greater support..
