Tripoli, 15.02.2016 - Lana - The presidential council of the national reconciliation government , yesterday Sunday , announced the proposed ministerial formation of the government , which is consisting of 13 ministers and five state ministers. Head of the presidential council "Fayez Saraj" , in a press conference said , that the ministerial formation is as follows: "Mahdi al-Baraghti" , minister of defense. "Juma'a al-Dirsi" , minister of justice. "Mohamed Taher S'yala" , minister of foreign affairs. "Fakher Mokhtar Bu-Ferna" , minister of finance. "al-A'aref al-Khoja" , minister of the interior. "Badad Gansu Masaud" , minister of local government. "Omar Basher" , minister of health. "Milad Ma'atog" , minister of transportation. "Fadi al-Sha'afi" , minister of social affairs. "Taher al-J'himi" , minister of planning. "Abdul-Motalib Abu-Farwa" , minister of economy. "Mohamed al-E'zabi" , minister of education. "Ali Gilma", minister of Labor and rehabilitation.
