Media Committee convenes its first meeting headed by NSG foreign minister.

    Tripoli, 04.02.2016 (Lana) Media Committee held its first meeting
chaired by NSG Foreign Minister, Dr Ali Abuzakok at the Foreign 
Ministry in Tripoli.
    Rapporteur of the committee, Ahmed al-Amori told Lana that the 
committee reviewed in its meeting several state-media related issues 
such as  putting in place media road map for the state, work of state
run satellite channels as well as radio stations and the press.
    Al-Amori said the committee also discussed  continuing 
coordination to put a work mechanism for external information to 
defend the Libyan cause and focus on Libyan orientation and 
interests.
    The committee recommended to make use and collaborate with the 
faculty of Information and Arts at Tripoli University and coordinate 
a meeting with the faculty and media figures.
    The media committee is formed by the government last year and 
chaired by Foreign minister, Ali Abuzakok and comprise two advisors 
to the head of National Salvation Government, Mohamed al-Dharat and 
Ahmed bashir, NSG spokesman, Dr Mohamed Ismail and political activist
and expert Jamal Al-Haji and Ahmed Al-Amori , the rapportuer of the 
committee.
