Italian foreign minister: security council resolution is an important step to achieve stability in Libya.

Rome, 24.12.2015 - Lana - The Italian foreign minister 'Paolo
Gentiloni' , described the UN security council resolution , which was
delivered yesterday evening about Libya , as "an important step
towards establishing stability in the country".
The Italian diplomatic head noted , that his country "had contributed
significantly" , in the security council resolution , which was
unanimously adopted the formation of the national reconciliation
government , in Skhirat meeting on the 17th of this December.
The UN envoy to Libya ,'Martin Kobler' said that the UN resolution
(No. 2259) is "a clear and unequivocal supporting statement for the
Libyan political agreement , and the institutions emanating from it"
, noting at the same time that "the door stays wide open for all ,
those who still oppose the Libyan political accord".
Kobler said "the Libyan active parties should double their efforts ,
to immediately execute the Libyan political accord , which was signed
on the 17th of December in Skhirat city".
The UNSMIL is looking forward to engage quickly with the concerned
Libyan parties , in support to the future national reconciliation
government".
