Kobler welcomes Misrata-Taurgha roadmap.

Tripoli, 23.12.2015(Lana) The UN envoy to Libya, Martin Kobler
has welcomed the roadmap adopted by the Misrata-Taurgha joint
committee in Geneva, December 18.
Kobler said in a statement on UNSMIL official website that the
agreement proves that Libyans can overcome the legacy of heavy
conflict by showing bravery and good will. Kobler said I am confident
that the mutually agreed roadmap by the people of Misrata and Taurgha
would be an inspiring example of what can be realized through
inclusive dialogue">
The roadmap document defines the principles and measures related
to offering of compensations to the victims of human rights
violations and hold the perpetrators of these crimes to account,
rebuild Taurgha, Karareem, Tumina, and Terzaz and safe and voluntary
return of the people of Taurgha to their homes.
