Kobler stresses on the necessity to sign the political accord very soon.

Tripoli, 24.11.2015 - (Lana) - The UNSG's envoy in Libya 'Martin Kobler' , stressed on the necessity to sign the political accord very soon , and the formation of the national reconciliation government , in order to put an end to the current military and political conflicts in the country. A UNSMIL statement said , that "Kobler . during his first visit to Libya on the 21st and 22nd of November , had expressed his optimism over the "constructive negotiations with the Libyans in both , Tripoli and Tobruk , vowing to intensify the efforts for achieving peace in Libya". The statement quoted from Kobler as saying , "I want to work with momentum , strength and wisdom , hand-in-hand with the Libyans , to achieve peace , security and prosperity for the Libyan people". Re-stressing on "a strong national reconciliation government , as the only choice , to able the Libyan people in facing all problems in the country" Kobler , also said that , "he is ready to work with the Libyans , to achieve this goal , with a transparent and comprehensive spirit ". =Lana=
