Tripoli, 20.11.2015 - (Lana) - High representative for the EU foreign policy 'Federica Mogherini' , had called all Libyan parties to work constructively with 'Martin Kobler' , the new UNSG envoy to Libya. Mogherini , in a statement published on the EU official site to Libya , yesterday Thursday , said that working together for peace , security and prosperous , is the goal of 'Martin Kobler' when he took his post as the new UNSG envoy in Libya. We call all Libyan parties to work constructively with the UN to regain peace and stability in Libya … stressing that the Libyan people deserves this , specially that the crisis had brought a lot of sufferers to the Libyans , and it represents a rising risk on all its neighbors and the region ; she added. She also renewed her confidence in the new UN envoy , that the international community will benefit from his professionalism and capabilities , and will support him strongly.
