Al-Tahadi Society in Tarhuna co-organizes awareness campaign.

Tripoli, 19.11.2015(Lana) Al-Tahadi Society in collaboration with the Libyan Organization for Development of the Hadicapped in Tarhuna co-organized awareness workshop in Tarhuna to sensitize the public about international covenants and agreements on the handicapped. Abdulnasser Al Sheqaqi head of the society told Lana that the workshop is in line with activities and programmes of Al-Tahadi Society for People with Special Needs and humanitarian works to look after the handicapped segment to explain the concept of the handicapped and special needs and sensitize about international agreements on the handicapped. He also said the workshop is on following up international agreements and monitor their implementation and introducing handicapped based discrimination. Handicapped member at Tarhun Municipal Council, head of Handicapped Sports, Tarhuna branch , head of Handicapped Affairs at Social Solidarity Fund , head of Red Crsecent Soceity in Tarhuna, and others who are interested in handicapped affairs. =Lana=
