Ministry of Labour organizes workshop; "Our Sun - Our Investment" to apply solar energy.

Tripoli, 18.11.2015(Lana) Ministry of Labour and rehabilitation organized Wednesday a workshop; "Our Sun - OurIinvestment" to apply solar energy and invest on its application. The workshop sponsored by Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture aimed at introducing solar energy, its abundant resources and possibility of its use and link both the private and public sectors in terms of investment in solar energy and available opportunities. It also aims to sensitize about advantages of solar energy and expand on use of solar energy. Theme of the workshop focused on the technical aspect of energy, supporting legislation and the economic and investment aspects. Centre for Research and Studies on Solar Energy, Investment promotion Body and Privatization, and the Executive Body for Renewable Energy and the national Programme for Small and Medium Enterprises and the General Syndicate for Engineering works took part in the workshop. Present at the workshop minister of Labour, Tourism, and deputy ministers of both ministries and several people interested in this topic. The participants recommended to speed up amendment to laws and legislations that hinders reliance on alternative energy and work on qualifying national cadres on renewable energy. =Lana=
