Tunisia FM tells Kobler: Dialogue only way to transcend differences in Libya and realize national reconciliation.

Tripoli, 17.11.2015(Lana) Tunisia Foreign Minister, Al-Tyb Al-Bakoush renewed Tuesday his emphasis that dialogue is the only way to transcend differences in Libya and realize national reconciliation and respect the will of the Libyan people. During his meeting with the new UN envoy to Libya, Martin Kobler, Al-Bakoush reiterated Tunisia support to Libya and its support to the efforts aimed at a political settlement under the auspices of the UN. Al-Bakoush urged to kick off the dialogue from where it stopped and achieved in line with the various initiatives and proceed with the track to approve the political accord and form a government of national unity to end the state of security vacuum and build state institutions. Al-Bakoush also reiterated what he described as Tunisia consistent stand from all parties to the conflict in Libya stressing the need to refrain from supporting one party at the expense of the other. Kobler for his part expressed his intention to intensify consultations with the Tunisian authorities in his endeavor to find a political settlement to the Libyan file, underling the pivotal role of Tunisia in the process of finding the desired settlement of the Libyan crisis. He praised Tunisia support to UNSMIL which used Tunis as its headquarters. =Lana=
