Ghiryan, 17.11.2015(Lana) Ghiryan Municipal Council held GNC and NSG responsible due to deteriorating economic conditions in the city. In a statement, a copy of which was received by Lana, Ghiryan Municipal Council attributed the deteriorating economic situation in the city to not disbursing any budget and devolve powers since its elections. The statement explained that not devolving powers to some sectors that touches the daily life within the municipality such as economy, transportation and cleaning services, and Ghiryan hospital which negatively impacted the daily life of the public. =Lana=
