Ministry of Labour works to introduce renewable energy by Libyan expertise.

Tripoli, 15.11.2015(Lana) Minister of Labour at the National Salvation Government, Dr Mohamed Belkhair has announced the introduction of solar energy to replace oil energy. In an exclusive statmnmet to Lana, Dr Belkhair said work is underway to prepare for the future with the minimum resources to make use of this kind of clean energy. He said the ministry is to organize a workshop to highlight the importance of this energy and its use and ways of its use and employing it in various fields by training Libyan cadres and increase national revenues. Belkhair urged for reconsidering the state cadres to be based on sophisticated criteria and defined limit. he said the state cadres were not based on sound economic or scientific bases but according to a social concept. He stressed the need for national capitalism to invest in human resources and Libyan manpower to create real economy. =Lana=
