Swapping number of detainees between Wirshifana and Abu-Saleem.

Tripoli, 09.11,2015 - (Lana) - Yesterday Sunday evening , in the
headquarters if the high academic study in Janzur , a swapping of
detainees took place between Wirshifana and Abu-Saleem , by the
supervision of dignitaries from Janzur and Zawya cities.
Chief of the military council of Wirshifana 'Abdul-Aliy Shibani' said
, that the swap operation included 33 detainees , as 30 were from
Wirshifana region and three of a battalion leaders in Abu-Saleem
district.
In a press statement , he said that this step comes to remove
congestion between Wirshifana and the other regions , as a gesture of
goodwill and direct communication among parties , in discussing all
matters , to bridge the gap and the reunification of homeland
citizens.
