Security council expresses concern over crisis in Libya.

UN, 08.11.2015 - (Lana) - The international security council .
yesterday Saturday , expressed its concern over the political ,
security and constitutional crisis in Libya.
In a statement , the security council called upon all political
parties to work fast to form a national government accord , for the
benefit of all Libyans' interests.
It also expressed its concern over , the ongoing killings ,
destructions and the increase of humanitarian toll in various
countries , calling for a prompt end to violence.
The council confirmed , that the political accord reached among
Libyan parties in October , to form a national reconciliation
government , that provides a new real prospects to solve the crisis ,
and "urged all participating parties in the dialogue , to approve and
sign on the political accord".
Council members also , encouraged the UNSMIL , to push the related
efforts forward , in order to coordinate the international assistance
, to form a future national government accord.
The council members , had renewed their strong support towards the
sovereignty , independence , safety and unity of Libyan territories.
