Stoltenberg: Deteriorating situation in Libya a source of concern to NATO members states.

Stoltenberg said instability in Libya and increasing violence
constitute a source of great concern to NATO members states.
In a statement to the American ABC channel Monday, Stoltenberg
said there is no alternative to continuing negations to find a
political solution to the crisis.
He said NATO is supporting efforts of the UN envoy Bernardino
Leon to reach an accord between the political parties.
