Tripoli, 02.11.2015(Lana) UN Secretary General condemns crimes against journalists. In a letter circulated by UNSMIL, Ban Ki-moon underlined that impunity deepens the feeling of fear by journalists, calling for doubling of efforts to fight such situation and help journalists report the news freely. Ban Ki-Moon was commemorating the journalists and media men killed while carrying out their duties, as over 700 journalists were killed during the last decade for merely reporting developments. Libyan Centre for Press freedom organized Monday morning a legal seminar on " Strengthening accountability mechanism and pursuing criminals against journalists" with the participation of several civil society activists, experts, jurists and media men. =Lana=
